Cart Legends
Build your own cart.
Race it above the clouds.
We're making a game where you assemble carts from individual parts. Add wheels, pistons, thrusters, or a swinging hammer, then test your build on tracks above the clouds.

- Build it piece by piece
- Experiment with physics
- Race through changing weather
- Play with friends
Combine parts. Test how they work together.
Start with a chassis and wheels, then try different setups. Mount pistons underneath to jump, add thrusters to change how the cart accelerates and turns, or fit a large swinging hammer. Each part's weight and position affect the result. Test a design, adjust it in the garage, and try again.

Cart + ground-facing pistonsA cart that jumps on pistons
Mount pistons underneath the cart so they push against the ground when they extend. Try different positions to see how they affect the jump and landing.
Compact chassis + swinging hammerA small cart with a large hammer
The hammer and its arm add weight to the vehicle. Test where to mount the pivot and how the suspension handles the load while driving and swinging it.
Thrusters mounted away from the centreA cart with offset thrusters
A thruster pushes from its mounting point. Changing its angle and position can make the cart accelerate, turn, or spin. Try different layouts to find the response you want.
These renders show the actual game components. The builds above are examples to try; mounting points, weight, and power limits affect what works.

Where you mount a part matters.
Start with a core, then add beams, plates, wheels, suspension, steering, and gadgets. Every piece adds weight. Where you put it changes how the cart turns, lands, and tips over.
Pistons push through contact. Thrusters apply force where you mount them. Hammers swing as physical bodies. Save a build, test it on the proving ground, then return to the garage to make adjustments.
Split your core's power between the engine, shields, and gadgets. That extra thruster needs energy. So does the shield you were relying on.
Race in rain, snow, and storms.
The tracks run above the clouds, between rock spires and glowing crystals. We're developing weather that changes grip, visibility, and the hazards on the road, so you'll need to adapt how you drive.

Test your build on ten sky circuits.
Banked turns, spirals, hairpins, and steep climbs are already part of the Playtest. Try a lap on dry asphalt to see how your cart steers, brakes, and handles changes in elevation.
In-game development captures. Weather effects and handling are being tuned; these show different test builds.
We're working toward arena battles.
The Playtest already has building, driving, gadgets, and Steam or LAN races. The next major step we're planning is arena combat, with new gadgets, damage to individual parts, and objectives to compete over.
Grapplers and heavier opponents
Our plan includes grapplers mounted on lifting arms. Trying to lift a heavier cart could tip or lift your own vehicle, depending on weight and leverage. Extending saws, rams, and flamethrowers are also planned.
Damage to individual parts
We want impacts to damage the parts they hit and break connections, allowing components to detach. An inspection view is also planned to help you understand the damage and revise your build.
Five arenas with different objectives
We're planning five fantasy arenas with bridges, changes in height, capture zones, and healing pickups. Some objectives would require jumping or using thrust to reach elevated rings.
Paint options and a new garage
Part painting is planned alongside a new workshop made from wood, metal, and crystals. We're reworking the garage and interface as we develop the vehicle systems.

This is what we're making, and where we'd like to take it. The arena features above are plans, not a finished mode. Builds, art, balance, and ideas will change as we try them. No release date yet.
